Senior Product Designer

Position Overview
Our Financial client is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional user experiences and will be responsible for leading the design process from concept to execution. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for new and existing products, ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into design solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve overall user experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design intent and functionality.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX and digital design, and apply them to enhance our design processes.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on their work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product design or UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Extensive knowledge of how to leverage a design system and to push the boundaries of the design system to achieve product and user goals
• Agile experience
• Salesforce knowledge or experience
