If so, we are seeking a Digital Business Analyst, who will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams to define, document, and clearly communicate requirements for a broad set of strategic digital initiatives, with the objective of designing and deploying cost-effective solutions to meet business objectives. Is responsible for enterprise application databases, current and future reporting tools and websites, including ensuring appropriate maintenance and support.
Key Accountabilities:
• Assist in developing the requirements and execution strategy for emerging digital products and services.
• Work with digital product management team on new initiatives and provide technical assistance in building project plans.
• Lead data discovery and interpretation efforts, leveraging SQL and analytics platforms.
• Develop Power BI reports to grow the analytics catalog for all departments.
• Build Power App / AI solutions to automate processes for time savings initiatives.
• Share insights with stakeholders and foster a data-led product management culture.
• Bridge the technical and non-technical gap to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Evaluate new technologies for fitment at Berlin and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Own and develop new relationships with internal and external partners, including business and other shared services groups, understanding pain points and developing plans to address them.
• Improve the experience of customers, employees, and suppliers through thoughtful user experience considerations for supported digital products.
• Document and communicate issues, process flows, and roadmaps.
• Assist in change management communication efforts for new offerings.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
• Strongly prefer a BA/BS degree, preferably in business, computer science, or an adjacent discipline, or equivalent education and experience required
• 2+ years of experience with a broad variety of data analysis strategies & tactics aimed at optimizing business outcomes
• 2+ years of technical business project management experience working with cross-functional teams
• 2+ years of experience with SQL
• 2+ years of experience with Power BI Desktop & Service
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
• Knowledge of Agile development practices and tools
• Able to learn new technologies in an efficient manner
• Experience developing AI solutions preferred
• Power Apps experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize projects
• Ability to manage several tasks & initiatives simultaneously to meet strategic goals
• Above-average attention to detail and a process orientation
• Effective team player and individual contributor
• Can-do mindset
