AVP of Digital Marketing

This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity. For the first 90 days, this role is 100% onsite in Alpharetta. After 90 days, this role can work from home 2 days/week.

Position Overview
The AVP of Digital Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role will oversee the digital marketing team, manage budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Lead and manage the digital marketing team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to create targeted marketing campaigns that drive B2C sales.
• Manage marketing technology stack, ensuring the effective use of tools like SalesForce and other martech solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to keep the company ahead of the competition.
• Oversee budget allocation for digital marketing initiatives and ensure effective utilization of resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in a Senior level digital marketing role, with a focus on B2C marketing.
• Proven experience in managing teams and leading successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of SalesForce and marketing technology platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with digital marketing analytics tools.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically in a fast-paced environment.
