





About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a strategic and dynamic Executive Communications Specialist/Lead Business Execution Consultant in Branch Communications as a part of the National Branch Growth & Enablement group within Consumer, Small & Business Banking to support senior leadership in delivering impactful, engaging, and data-driven messaging. This team is responsible for communications to the ~4,200 Wells Fargo branches and enabling our branch employees to deliver consistent and exceptional customer experience. This role requires a keen focus on executive storytelling, speechwriting, presentation design, and multi-channel communication strategies.

In this role, you will:
Craft executive speeches, talking points, and key messages for internal and external audiences.
Develop compelling narratives that align with the company's vision, strategy, and leadership priorities
Collaborate closely with senior executives to shape their voice and communication style
Design and refine high-impact presentations with advanced PowerPoint skills, incorporating data visualization, animations, and storytelling techniques
Work closely with executives to simplify complex topics into engaging and digestible content.
Develop and execute communication strategies for town halls, leadership meetings, and strategic business updates.
Partner with senior leaders and internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across multiple channels.
Create executive video scripts, memos, and thought leadership content.
Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with Executive Storytelling & Speechwriting to include crafting executive speeches, talking points, and key messages for internal and external audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in developing and translating complex business strategies into clear, digestible and compelling narratives that align with the company's vision, strategy, and leadership priorities.
Previous experience in financial services or a highly regulated industry with exposure in a branch environment or supporting branch employees
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Strong presentation and data visualization skills with the ability to design and refine high-impact presentations with advanced PowerPoint skills, incorporating data visualization, animations, and storytelling techniques.
Experience with developing and executing communication strategies for town halls, leadership meetings, and strategic business updates
Experience with creating executive video scripts, memos, and thought leadership content.
Previous experience with multimedia & content creation including producing and editing
Demonstrated experience in video production, graphic design, and advanced PowerPoint storytelling.
Previous experience in financial services or a highly regulated industry
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule.

Pay Range:
New York, New York: $96,600- $206,100 annual base salary
Minneapolis, Minnesota: $87,000- 188,900 annual base salary
Actual salary is determined by location, experience and qualifications of the job.
