Employee Benefits Health Insurance Medical, pharmacy, dental and vision coverage for employees as well as their eligible dependents. Company-Paid and Voluntary Life Insurance Company-paid life insurance is provided by the company for the employee. Flexible Spending Accounts Pre-tax flexible spending accounts are offered for medical and dependent care expenses. The Health Care Account reimburses you for out-of-pocket health care expenses for medical, dental, vision, hearing and pharmaceutical expenses. The Dependent Care Account reimburses you for dependent day care expenses you incur in order to allow you and, if married, your spouse to work. Retirement Benefits The company offers two 401(k) plans - a traditional 401(k) and a Roth 401(k) to eligible employees. A company match is available under both plans to eligible participants. Travel Assistance Program Eligible employees and their immediate household family members can utilize the Travel Assistance Program at no cost. This program provides you and your dependents with assistance when traveling more than 100 miles away from home for less than 90 days. Services include pre-trip information, emergency medical assistance and emergency personal services. Employee Assistance Program Eligible employees and their immediate household family members can utilize the confidential employee assistance program. The plan provides assistance with work/life services including parenting, childcare, eldercare, relationships, financial planning, legal assistance and much more. Education Assistance Program The company supports the educational and professional development of employees and recognizes the importance of contributing financially to their development by providing reimbursement for a portion of tuition and text book expenses for various educational programs to all employees who are in good standing and have one year of service, subject to management approval. Time Off Paid time off includes vacation, sick time, holidays, jury duty pay, and bereavement leave. Up to 12 weeks of unpaid leave is available under the FMLA for eligible employees. Military caregiver leave allows for up to 26 weeks of unpaid leave to eligible employees. Banking Services The company currently offers a wide variety of banking services at free or discounted rates to all employees on checking/savings accounts, small safe deposit boxes, mortgage origination fees, and more. Cigna Machine Readable Files This link leads to the machine readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
