Job Summary
This individual will support the Office of the Registrar by providing various forms of support to the Office of the Registrar.
- Provides exceptional customer service and responds to information requests for issues pertaining to the Office of the Registrar in accordance with department and University policies and procedures.
- Performs various duties using different office applications such as TeamDynamix, Image Now, Zoom phone.
Who We Are
The Office of the Registrar provides support for students, faculty, staff, and members of the community. Services include registration, transcripts, course catalog, schedule preparation, enrollment verification, graduation, and maintenance of student records. It is our desire to provide exceptional service and help students successfully complete their educational endeavors.
Required Qualifications*
- Must be eligible for work study funding.
- Must be detail oriented
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Must be able to respect and uphold student confidentiality and present a business like appearance and demeanor.
- Candidates must be available for employment for winter 2025 and beyond.
Desired Qualifications*
- Experience with customer service
- Experience with the Google Office Suite
- Experience with an office setting

Work Schedule
- Number of hours per week: 10-15
- Work hours vary from 8-5, Monday through Friday.
Modes of Work
Onsite
The work requires, or the supervisor approves a fully onsite presence. Onsite is defined as a designated U-M owned or leased work location within or outside of the State of Michigan
