Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

BAE systems is seeking an experienced equipment engineer to support out facility in Lexington Mass and in Nashua NH.

This is a hands-on position requiring the wearing of cleanroom attire and working in cleanroom environment. As an equipment engineer standing, kneeling, reaching and lifting 30LBS may be required to make repairs on equipment.
To perform some tasks, you will be required to wear PPE and must be willing to work with hazardous materials and chemicals as well as wearing an SCBA for gas bottle changes. Experience with Photo lithography, Hi vacuum, or etch is a plus. Experience with semiconductor tools such as Oxford, ASML, Applied Materials or Lam is a plus but nor required.

Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience working with semiconductor manufacturing tools is preferred.
  • Field service or OEM related work on semiconductor tools is acceptable.


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $95106 - $161680

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
