Our Real Estate client, who is on Crains Chicago Best Place to Work, is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager.
This role will be onsite Monday-Thursday near O'Hare.
The Senior Marketing Manager role is eligible for 15% bonus, unlimited PTO, Summer Fridays, fitness center, 401K, 100% coverage on employee health, dental, vision, STD, LTD and life insurance premiums and a hybrid work schedule of 4 days a week onsite in Chicago.
The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading strategy on brand positioning and property marketing including design, customer experience, style, tone and visual elements
- Working with leasing and property managers for execution of marketing materials
- Putting together "story" and presentations with acquisition team to raise capital for new properties
- Partnering with creative and digital agencies to maintain websites and execute creative deliverables
- Helping oversee their tenant events program and corporate events
The ideal Senior Marketing Manager will have:
- Marketing and communications background within commercial, industrial or multifamily Real Estate marketing experience real estate
- Story telling / campaign creation abilities
- Experience managing agencies and vendors
- Experience utilizing AI technology (Chat GPT, Copilot, GitHub, etc.) to improve deliverables
- Strong Powerpoint skills, basic design skills a plus
- Experience managing or contributing to corporate events
- Comfortable managing corporate events
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
