Are you up for the opportunity of a lifetime? If so, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Master Data, who is responsible for overseeing enterprise-wide master data strategy, processes and taxonomy. They will ensure master data can be utilized by downstream applications in ways that maximum the master data strategy’s value proposition. They will lead the master data team in ensuring data processes and taxonomy are properly optimized and maintained..
Key Accountabilities:
• Execute the master data strategy to optimize business outcomes and maximize the master data value objectives.
• Oversee all master data processes and workflows to ensure seamless record creation and enrichment.
• Optimize the underlying data structure for consumption in downstream systems.
• Refine and improve master data processes to maximize data integrity with a preference for automation.
• Responsible for ensuring the conformance of master data across all integrated downstream systems.
• Lead team of Master Data Specialists and Associates to manage taxonomies and data structure for items, customers, vendors, and contacts.
• Ensure rigorous processes are followed and result in clean, accurate, and consumable data.
• Perform regular audits to ensure conformance to requirements.
• Act as a resource for users and product specialists to resolve issues related to the MDM system
• Support UAT testing issue investigation and resolution.
• Craft clear KPIs to measure outputs and track success.
• Serve as a role model for the employer and employee portions of the Berlin Values.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
• BA/BS Degree in technology, business, or equivalent required
• Minimum of 5 years of formal ERP Master Data Management experience, including use of workflow tools
• Previous experience leading a master data team required
• Experience in database & market research environments with SQL server
• Comfort with technology and cloud-based systems, spreadsheets, and data manipulation
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• A proven track record of critical thinking & problem-solving skills; strong business acumen
• Must be able to interact with a diverse user base, build relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally with employees at all levels
• Strong facilitation & presentation skills
• High level of organization and decision making skills
