Job Description:
Enterprise Cybersecurity (ECS) is seeking a Product Analyst to join our Product Analyst Chapter. We are looking for an individual who has a passion for systems/business analysis, requirements gathering, providing value to our customers, and agile product delivery. The Product Analyst will join forces with the squad lead, engineers, and architects to ensure our business objectives become reality across Enterprise Cybersecurity.
The Expertise You Have and The Skills You Bring
Bachelor's degree or equivalent career experience in either Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems or related field
8+ years' experience as systems analyst or business analyst delivering software using agile development practices. Additional experience in the cybersecurity or financial services industry would be beneficial.
Strong analysis skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex technology projects.
Strong interpersonal, relationship management and facilitation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with business and technical team members
Experience working with and understanding the needs of customers or clients (internal or external)
Experience in eliciting requirements from non-technical and technical stakeholders across the enterprise and translating them to well-defined, consumable epics and stories with clear business value and acceptance criteria with a focus on user needs.
Experience in gathering requirements and translating them to well-defined, consumable epics and stories with clear business value and acceptance criteria.
Understanding of cybersecurity domain is required and experience with Perimeter Security and/or Identity Access Managementis preferred.
Experience with data analysis and SQL, PowerBI, Tableau is a plus.
Experience with Jira and Jira Align, or other comparable Agile tools is a plus.
Certifications such as CSPO, CSM, IIBA (CCBA, CBAP, POA), and other cyber or technical certifications are a plus.

The Team
Enterprise Cybersecurity is responsible for protecting Fidelity from external and internal threats against our infrastructure, data, and systems. As a member of the ECS Product Analyst Chapter, under the External Defense product area, you will join a team that is the center of excellence for product analysis and contribute to driving toward outstanding solutions. In this role you will work in partnership with product analysts, team leads, engineers, and architects as a member of the Perimeter Security team responsible for the company's related controls and systems.
