Position Summary:

As a Photo Producer at our client, one of the worlds largest beauty retailers, you will play a crucial role in bringing our brand’s visual storytelling to life. You’ll oversee the production of high-quality photo content for our various channels, including social media, website, marketing campaigns, and more. This role requires a blend of creative vision, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of the photography production process.

Core Job Responsibilities:

• Content Production:
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (photographers, stylists, retouchers, etc.) to produce compelling photo content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Manage all aspects of photo shoots, from concept development and pre-production planning (budgeting, scheduling, location scouting, casting) to on-set production and post-production.
  • Ensure that all photo assets are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Project Management:
  • Develop and manage detailed production schedules, budgets, and shot lists.
  • Oversee the sourcing and booking of photographers, models, stylists, and other crew members.
  • Manage communication and workflow between internal teams and external partners.
  • Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Creative Collaboration:
  • Partner with creative teams to develop innovative concepts and visual styles for photo shoots.
  • Provide clear creative direction to photographers and stylists.
  • Participate in creative reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Asset Management:
  • Oversee the organization and archiving of photo assets.
  • Ensure proper usage rights and licensing for all images.

Requirements for Consideration:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in a photo production role, preferably in an agency or in-house creative environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Marketing, or a related field.
• Skills & Knowledge:
  • A strong understanding of the photography production process, from pre-production to post-production.
  • Proven ability to manage photo shoots, including budgeting, scheduling, and on-set production.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for producing high-quality visual content.
  • Knowledge of digital asset management systems and best practices.
