Modular Content Design Associate

This is an operations support role for the modular content tool for our pharma client. Pharma or healthcare experience preferred.

The Modular Content Design Associate is a vital team member supporting a dynamic front-end software team, including Senior Developers, Design Managers, and Modular Content Design Specialists.

This role is tailored for a motivated individual eager to grow their skills while contributing to innovative digital content solutions.

As a Modular Content Design Associate, you will assist in creating, refining, and managing modular content across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with branding, functionality, and compliance standards. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with experienced professionals and take the next step in your career.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
* Support the development and testing of modular content tactics for digital channels (emails, alerts, banner ads, and iPads).
* Collaborate with senior team members to implement updates, corrections, and feedback to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
* Assist in maintaining and documenting best practices for content design, ensuring consistency and quality across all deliverables.
* Troubleshoot technical or design issues and provide support to team members during project execution.
* Partner with Modular Content Design Specialists to streamline workflows and meet project goals.
* Stay up-to-date on tools, processes, and digital content trends by participating in training and team discussions.
* Proactively contribute ideas to improve efficiency and creativity in modular content development.
 

Skills and Experience Needed:
* 3-5 years of experience in a design, content, or digital marketing role, with a focus on technical or creative collaboration.
* Conceptual understanding of Modular Content tools and workflow for cross channel and language, material development, experience with Modular Content tools is a plus
* Foundational knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, XML, and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
* Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* A team-oriented mindset, eager to collaborate, learn, and contribute to shared goals.
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
