Thermo-Trol Systems, Inc. is seeking a motivated individual to join our HVAC Service team.

We have a Full-time position available in Hampton Roads VA.

Responsibilities:

* Install and program new HVAC systems.

* Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements.

* Perform routine preventative maintenance.

* Respond to emergency maintenance requests.

* Oncall rotation.

* Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

* Minimum of three years experience (five years preferred) in installation and/or repair.

* Five years experience in repair preferred.

* Ability to handle physical workload.

* Good driving record. (Must be insurable.)

* Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

* Excellent customer service and communication skills.

* DDC knowledge and experience is a plus.

* Ability to pass a background check.

* Able to pass drug screen for Federal contractor requirements.
