Job Summary
Reporting to the Plant Manager at the Archbold, Ohio plant, you will provide leadership for the manufacturing plant maintenance department ensuring that all plant assets including equipment, buildings, structures, and systems are maintained and within budget targets. You will direct specific attention to managing the short-term and long-term needs of the facility and of the maintenance team members. The Maintenance Manager will take a leadership role in safety and continuous improvement and developing a team through capable leadership.
You will:
- Assure regulatory compliance including OSHA, EPA, USDA, FDA, FLSA, EEO, OFCCP and NLRB.
- Ensure all quality standards, specifications and policies are met.
- Coordinate the inspection, preventive, breakdown maintenance and corrective maintenance of all plant mechanical, electrical, manufacturing and facility equipment.
- Ensure all maintenance department team members and production department team members follow all applicable department and plant safety procedures.
- Monitor the department employees and ensure competence by initiating training, counseling or discipline to respond to items identified in performance.
- Oversee the plant preventive maintenance program to ensure effectiveness on minimizing unplanned downtime.
- Maintain efficient and accurate records and reports relating to all projects and equipment within the manufacturing facility.
- Develop specifications for production equipment; help with the selection, purchase and installation of the equipment in the plant.
- Willingness to work unusual hours, including weekends or nights in emergency situations.
- Coordinate with the production scheduling department on the scheduling of down time for repair and maintenance of equipment.
- Oversee maintenance and manufacturing budgets to include labor cost.
You Have:
- Associate's degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Management, or equivalent relevant work experience
- 5 to 7 years in a Maintenance management role within a union manufacturing environment
- Project Management experience
- Technical knowledge in maintenance trades, equipment design and function.
- Mechanical aptitude and can read and interpret engineering drawings and technical manuals
- Experience with Microsoft Office with the ability to maintain complex spreadsheets.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$104,000-$152,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
