Purpose Statement
The role is for highly productive, self-motivated, results-driven travel advisor with exceptional customer service and attention to detail. Responsibilities include facilitating meeting and travel needs for corporate & leisure clients, serving as a liaison between customers and external suppliers, and supporting all meeting and travel needs.
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
- Plan, manage and execute group travel for high-profile corporate clients.
- Use attention to detail, organizational and time management skills to multitask through planning several events at once.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- Meet or exceed all assigned revenue goals.
- Create and manage group customized itineraries.
- Negotiate and manage hotel, bus, air, and other supplier contracts.
- Promptly answer calls and emails from clients who are requesting new group travel or changes to existing reservations.
- Book and issue both individual and group airline tickets through the use of our GDS (Global Distribution System), accurately and efficiently.
- Research complex travel rules and provide travel expertise and guidelines for each client.
- Provide occasional onsite event assistance as required.
- Attend occasional client/supplier events and training sessions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor's degree desired
- Minimum 5 years Sabre experience including domestic and international reservations.
- Minimum 2 years group travel or event planning experience.
- Must possess a high level of professionalism, extensive travel knowledge and first-hand experience.
- Ability to convey exceptional customer service through all distribution channels (oral, written, electronic).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word and working knowledge of various technology platforms, booking concepts, other Microsoft Office tools, email and the like.
- Must demonstrate excellent attention to detail as well as problem-solving skills, initiative, resourcefulness, and creativity.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work independently and in a team with direction from a manager.
COMPENSATION
In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

$20.68-$27.98
