We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at McDade's Emporium. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. This role supports senior leadership by developing and assuming essential management responsibilities, ensuring the highest standards of product quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of associates, providing coaching, direction, and support.
• Oversee training, scheduling, payroll, and interviewing processes.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operations.
• Act as a liaison between culinary and restaurant operations to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain and enhance product quality and service standards.
• Play a significant role in the overall performance of the outlet.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience as a Barista is a plus
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fundamental knowledge of food and beverage operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• TABC and Texas Food Handler’s Certification is required
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
