Job Summary
Reporting to the Facilities Manager you will support all Real Estate and Facilities functions nationally and internationally, travel required. Perform facilities functions including CAD management, asset management, project management, space planning, design, coordination, and completion of daily changes/alterations to employee workstations and offices.
Position Responsibilities
- Manages and provides solid project management daily
- Collaborate with internal resources providing operational input, sustainability, building maintenance, security, IT, Safety, grounds and housekeeping.
- Hire and administer architects, engineers, vendors and consultants for projects
- Real Estate functions including searches, analysis, and data base review, input and reports
- Produce AutoCAD drawings, establish budgets, and coordinates the activities of vendors, installers and employees during the oversite of projects including regulatory, permits, and moves
- Write scopes, put out to bid, analyze bid results, recommend and purchase items required for project completion including consultants, vendors and furniture purchases
- Maintain AutoCAD master files for corporate offices, sales locations and plant sites. Daily updates include, employees, finishes, artwork, fire extinguishers, etc
- Manage and scheduling Facility Service Requests
- Help maintain company assets and may assist with auctions
- Knowledge of BOMA regulations, rentable and leasable square footages and general understanding of code requirements.
- Manage and maintain corporate signage program including administration of signage graphic designers and vendors and maintain signage standards, artwork and graphics
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Facilities Management or other related field
- 2+ years of experience in facilities management
- Intermediate to advanced AutoCAD experience with the ability to create smart symbols
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Ability to work under pressure, manage concurrent projects within short time constraints, and work well both within a team and independently
- Proficiency with internet data mining, Microsoft Outlook, all Microsoft Office products, Autocad, Adobe Acrobat PDF, SAP and FM Systems knowledge beneficial. Manage equipment such as plotter, printer or any CAD related equipment

Compensation:
Pay Range:$62,000-$91,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
