Holly Springs Hospital is currently seeking a dynamic nursing leader to join their leadership team to oversee Nursing Operations, along with Surgery, Pharmacy, Care Management, and Rehab Therapy. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 7 years of RN experience along with 3 years in a progressive leadership role within hospital staffing and operations, or a clinically relevant field. This individual should excel in communication and effectively engage with both senior leadership and front-line staff. A strong advocate for the needs of the departments under their leadership, the successful candidate will be visible, accessible, and responsive to the teams they lead.

Summary:
Plans, designs, coordinates, and evaluates clinical operations for Holly Springs Hospital. Oversees clinical divisions to include care management, respiratory, medical/surgical, surgical services, emergency department, labor and delivery, and pharmacy for Holly Springs Hospital.

Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of North Carolina.
Professional Experience Requirements:
- Seven (7) years nursing experience with three (3) years in progressive leadership role required. Evidence of three (3) years in a hospital setting, staffing or leadership in the clinically relevant field.
Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:
- Understands and applies principles, procedures, requirements, regulations, and policies related to specialized expertise.
