Community Manager
Position Overview
Our client, a leader in the Beverage/Alcohol space, is looking for a Community Manager to join their team. Ideally, you will have a strong understanding of the Spanish language and culture! This is around 10-15 hours of work per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Use provided content from agency and create Instagram posts
- Develop creative captions and craft copy (fill any identified content gaps)
- Respond to community inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Reach out to users for permission to repost UCG
- Monitor social media channels for audience feedback and trends using social listening tools
- Analyze community engagement metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience managing social channels for a brand
- Can work under tight deadlines, think quickly, and turn posts around in a short time-frame
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and analytics
- Experience in the beverage/alcohol market
- Experience with social listening tools and techniques
- Some understanding of Hispanic culture and the Spanish language
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of social media trends
