Community Manager

Position Overview
Our client, a leader in the Beverage/Alcohol space, is looking for a Community Manager to join their team. Ideally, you will have a strong understanding of the Spanish language and culture! This is around 10-15 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Use provided content from agency and create Instagram posts 
• Develop creative captions and craft copy (fill any identified content gaps)
• Respond to community inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Reach out to users for permission to repost UCG
• Monitor social media channels for audience feedback and trends using social listening tools
• Analyze community engagement metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience managing social channels for a brand
• Can work under tight deadlines, think quickly, and turn posts around in a short time-frame
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and analytics 
• Experience in the beverage/alcohol market
• Experience with social listening tools and techniques
• Some understanding of Hispanic culture and the Spanish language
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of social media trends
