Who You'll Work With:

We are looking for an Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team in Nashville, TN. This team uses Power BI to provide business analytics to senior business leaders, helping drive strategic decisions and enhance sales throughout the US Retail sales organization.

What You'll Do:

• Use Power BI, SQL, M, and DAX to design and develop of all business metrics and sales reporting

• Collaborate with leaders in US Retail to understand their business needs and deliver ongoing insights via Power BI Dashboards

• Data modeling and testing

• Development and implementation of data visualizations and sales enablement assets

This role provides opportunities to build skills and responsibilities. You will interact directly with leaders across the US Retail sales organization. In addition, you will acquire expertise in the firm’s business practices related to sales, data management and digital transformation, helping you develop rigorous analytical and problem-solving skills. Our team is relatively small, offering you a high level of responsibility and empowering you to quickly make an impactful contribution.

What We're Looking For:

• Expertise with data visualization tools (PowerBI strongly preferred)

• Proficiency with DAX, SQL, M (Power Query), and Excel

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, information systems, or related field with 2-3 years of professional experience

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments to develop solutions and resolve issues

• Relentless intellectual curiosity and a drive to excel at the highest level

• Familiarity with the asset management industry a plus
